Document Description
City of Encinitas and City of Solana Beach are requesting a Right of Entry for the temporary use (~80 days) of a portion of the Cardiff Seaside State Beach located in the southern section of the Cardiff State Beach Seaside Parking Lot as an equipment staging area and beach access. The request is to support the Encinitas-Solana Beach Coastal Storm Damage Reduction Project that will place approximately 340,000 cy of beach quality sand over an approximate 7,800 ft reach in Encinitas ranging from Daphne St. to the north and W. H St. to the south, and 700,000 cy of beach quality sand over an approximate 7,200 ft reach in Solana Beach ranging from Solana Vista Dr. to the north and Via De La Valle to the south.
The requested staging area is approximately 0.77 acres, the dimensions of which are approximately 230 feet long by 165 feet wide at the southern end.
