Document Description
The Proposed Project consists of acquiring a 25-foot-wide by 417.74-foot-long, totaling 10,443.5 sf of the southern portion of APN: 4149-001-145 ("Additional Property"); relocating parking stalls, a 1,325 sf utility enclosure that would house electrical, gas and fire water services; a 900 sf bike enclosure; a 64 sf security booth; and a student walkway onto the Additional Property; improving the roadway into the Campus from the existing entrance; creating a wider student walkway into the school with a safety landscaped buffer; widening the pedestrian walkway between the Student Services Center and roadway.
