M Street, Tulare, CA 93674 (Agent: CA Planning and Engineering Co., 724 N Ben Maddox Way, Visalia, CA 93292), in the AE-20 Zone. The division will allow development of 18 single-family residences. The majority of the 187.94 acres will remain in agricultural production. Water will be provided by individual or shared wells, approved and monitored by the Tulare County Environmental Health Division. Sewage disposal will be provided by individual septic tank-leach line systems on each parcel.
