Note: Extended Per Lead The Habitat Enhancement Project will involve the construction and development of a small groundwater well, irrigation system, plant area preparation, plant installation and plant maintenance. The Mill Creek Pumping Plant Project will involve constructing and operating a pumping plant that will pump water stored in the Oaks Basin and discharge to Mill Creek Ditch. The Packwood Creek Structure will involve increasing the discharge capacity of the existing structure and pipeline that discharge water from Packwood Creek to the Oakes Basin.
