Document Description
Site Development Permit to allow for the consolidation of Sewer Pump Station 62 and 84 into one new station located at the existing SPS 84 site. Pump Station 62 would be demolished and Pump Station 84 would be upgraded. Other improvements would consist of the installation of approximately 2,500 lineal feet of 12-inch gravity sewer and approximately 2,000 lineal feet of sewer upgrades to the existing eight-inch and ten-inch sewer lines to 12-inch in Paseo Montanoso and Avenida De Los Lobos to SPS 84. SPS 84 will have two parallel 12-inch sewage force mains for conveying sewage to the outfall sewer, approximately 6,800 lineal feet each. The total amount of new 12-inch force main to be installed is approximately 9,200 lineal feet.
