The project applicant/sponsor (Siemens Industry, Inc) proposes construction of a photovoltaic solar facility at the Bert Crane Wastewater Treatment Plant site. The solar facility includes 204 pole-mounted single axis azimuth trackers supporting twenty (20) 270-watt (W) modules (each referred to as a "string"). Combined, the 204 strings will generate a total of 1.1 megawatt (MW) of direct current (DC) electricity.
