On May 5, 2015, the CDFW executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0227-R6 for the Redlands Passenger Rail project. The project submitted a Major Amendment to authorize a project redesign and total project impacts to streambeds and associated habitats have been reduced from 14.7 acres to 6.2 acres. the Project is proposing the construction or improvements of railroad tracks, structural crossings and bridges, rail platforms, public utilities and drainages. The project will permanently impact 2.1 acres of stream and associated habitat and will temporarily impact 4.1 acres of streambed. Total project impacts are 6.2 acres
