RPRP is an approx. nine mile corridor extending east from the City of San Bernardino to the City of Redlands, and includes local and express train service. Construction of the RPRP as contemplated in the final EIR includes early utility local and express train service. Construction of the RPRP as contemplated in the final EIR includes early utility relocation activities throughout the corridor. The scope of the City's portion of this project includes relocation of City water pipeline, City sewer pipeline and City storm drain repair at nine intersections throughout the corridor within the City of Redlands.
