Document Description
There are two projects covered by this Agreement; a one-time construction project and a routine maintenance project. The one-time construction project includes construction of a 13-foot wide concrete access road, construction of 48 x 48-foot concrete debris cleaning pad, and installation of an 8-inch drain pipe within the Round Canyon Retarding Basin. The routine maintenance project covers activities at the six retarding basins noted above. The routine maintenance activities shall include: Embankment Maintenance, Maintenance of Structures, Sediment Removal, and Vegetation Management.
