Document Description
Protect the water supply along a high risk portion of the PSC, where risk of a rockslide or toppling failure is high. The project consists of a 359-ft. long 66 in. diameter rubber gasket reinforced concrete pipe that will be installed parallel to the PSC. The project will also entail the construction of two check structures in the PSC, as well as inlet and outlet structures connecting the pipe to the PSC. If a rockslide were to occur along the high risk zone of the PSC, water would be able to gravity flow through the bypass pipeline, protecting the water supply for downstream communities such as Vallejo, Benicia, and Green valley.
