Document Description
The Buckingham Park Water District intends to construct a Distribution System Pipeline and Fire Hydrant Replacement Project ("project"). The completed project will provide the Buckingham Park District's Water Transmission and Distribution System with substantially more fire flow through its network ("Distribution System") of fire hydrants and domestic water supply piping. The Distribution System Mainline Replacement portion of the Project will ensure against several types of failures that the District considers being of a catastrophic nature. Some examples of said failures are: sudden and acute water loss, and erosion to soils and bedrock beneath and beside the public roadway and to hillsides, which may subsequently cause damage to homes and personal propeprty.
