The project is limited to placement of rip rap, a concrete retaining wall and fill along approximately 125 linear feet of a seasonal unnamed drainage that is tributary to Stony Creek for purpose of realigning the intersection of Prespect Drive with State Route 104 are installing pedestrian sidewalks and necessary turn lanes.
