Replace three existing three-stall vault-type restrooms with three prefabricated vault evaporator unisex public restrooms (CXTs). Current vault liners are failing and the structures have a poorly designed solar system which has never worked propertly. The Project would include demolition and removal of three existing restrooms and placement of new CXTs within the existing footprint.
