The project will replace an existing irrigation pipeline in order to prevent line breaks and ensure continued deliveries of agricultural water supplies. This Lateral 6A West Chamisal Creek crossing is part of a larger project involving the replacement of this pipeline within Colusa County. At the Chamisal Creek crossing the project will excavate approximately 265 cubic yards of soil material to a depth adequate to place the approximately 150 linear feet of 27-inch PVC plastic irrigation pipe under Chamisal Creek.
