Document Description
The Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology project propose to install Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) at various locations on the UCSD campus. Installation of the EVSE would occur at the following locations: Gilman Parking Structure, Hopkins Parking Structure, Pangea Parking Structure, Scripps Institution of Oceanography's (SIO) parking lot P002 and the East Campus Utility Plant. All power would be provided from the existing campus grid. Scope of work includes installation of charging stations, conduit, wiring, electrical connections andmounting equipment. Minor trenching would be required to bring power from local sources to proposed charging stations.
