Document Description
Grand Avenue is one of two main access points into Pismo State Beach and Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area. On the south side of Grand Avenue there is a metal guardrail approximately 400 feet long. This are separates Grand Avenue from a large dune area. Over time, the dunes south of the guardrail have encroached into the road. This project will clear sand from along the guardrail over the entire length of the rail and to a width of 9 feet.
