Document Description
The San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) proposes to remove and replace the existing systhetic turf field and install a proper cooling and drainage system. The purpose of replacing the synthetic turf field is to prevent hazardous injuries due to tearing of the existing synthetic turf field; therefore, the proposed project is considered to be a maintenance exercise. The existing and proposed field area is approximately 140,000 square feet and is located at the most southwestern portion of the campus. The proposed new synthetic turf field will have substantially the same purpose and capacity.
