Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry, a permanent easement and perfect an existing City improvement to the City of Sacramentos to allow the City and their contractors access to the east levee on the Sacramento River in Old Sacramento State Historic Park for the purpose of providing a bike/pedestrian trail to connect to the Freeport Shores Youth Complex. The City of Sacramento will notify the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) at least one week prior to performing work, including routine maintenance within the easement boundaries.
