Document Description
The proposed project includes installation of a public art feature comprising a commemorative historical marker along the La Playa Trail adjacent to the intersection of Talbot Street and Ancorage Lane. The project site is located on a currently vacant parcel of land overlooking the waters and boat docks of the Shelter Island Yacht Basin. There are two easements on the property, a U.S. Navy gas line easement and a City of San Diego sewer easement. The proposed location of the project has been specified so as not to encroach on either easement.
