Document Description
Water well 28 will be constructed in the City-owned Freeman Park near the northeast corner of the park in an asphalt concrete area in order to replace two existing wells (Wells 1 and 17) that will be closed. The project include the drilling of a well shaft; the installation of a 150 horsepower pump, variable frequency drive, and other equipment that will be housed in the well building. The project will also result in the installation of piping to connect the new water well to the existing water mains on Court Street and Dead Cat Alley.
