The project shall improve accessibility within the Gaviota Picnic Area at Goviota State Park as required by Tucker vs. the State of California. Improvements include but are not limited to parking, routes of travel, concrete, surfaces, tables, restrooms and showers. Measures to avoid and/or minimize impacts shall be implemented into the project.
