The project is limited to extending the existing box culvert on both sides of CA-12 that also includes: 1) Widening the existing road to accommodate two 11-foot travel lanes, and 11-foot continuous left turn lane, and two 8-foot paved shoulders; 2) adding curb, gutter and an ADA complaint sidewalk; 3) adding pedestrian street lights.
