Issue a Right of Entry permit to Caltrans to enter Olompali State Historic Park for the construction of an access raod and bicycle/pedestrian path related to the Marin-Sonoma Narrows Highway 101 widening project; subsequent transfer of jurisdiction to Caltrans for highway improvement; and easements to Marin County for entrance road and bicycle path maintenance; Verizon for telecommunications facilities; and easement adjustment to North Marin Water District for pipeline relocation. Easements total up to 12 acres of land parallel to and adjacent to the west shoulder of Highway 101 along the eastern boundary of the park.
