Document Description
The project involves re-roofing a reconstructed historic structure (Quarter Master Building/Main Interpretative Building) within the Primary Historic Zone at Fort Tejon State Historic Park. The project will use new standard size cedar shingles (24' x 8'). Heavy duty ¾ thick shingles will be used due to the severe weather conditions around Fort Tejon State Historic Park. The Project will remove all of the old cedar shingles and all of the asphalt based roof shingles. The roof will be cleared of all nails and debris. All of the roofing material will be disposed of by a licensed disposal contractor.
