Document Description
Caltrans is proposing to rehabilitate and restore the streambed under the recently replaced O'Neil Creek Bridge on (SR) 96 in Siskiyou County. Currently the stream flows sub-surface during low flow creating a fish passage barrier. The work to prevent this will include removing some stream-bed material, then mixing back in fine grained cohesive material while replacing in compacted lifts. Other than access points, all work takes place within the stream channel under the bridge.
