The project is consistent with the Clear lake Shoreline Ordinance. The project will improve and protect the public's interest in the waters and the bed of the waters in and around Clear Lake, and will ensure use of Clear Lake for general statewide interest in furtherance of commerce, navigation, fishery and recreation. This project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects related to wetlands aquatic habitats.
