Document Description
San Jose Water Company will replace existing failed portions of the concrete apron spillway at the Ostwald Balloon Dam with native rock material and boulders, and install bank stabilization measures downstream of the Ostwald Dam and foundation. The Ostwald balloon dam will not be deflated during the project and normal operation of the dam and intake will continue to convey water to the Montevina Water Treatment Plant.
