Document Description
The project involves issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0418-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602 for replacement of approximately 5,800 linear feet of a natural gas pipeline. The existing pipeline is located beneath existing surface streets and beneath Calabazas and San Tomas Aquino creeks. The project will require the installation of new pipeline beneath Calabazas and San Tomas Aquino creeks; pipeline installation will be completed using horizontal directional drilling (HDD) construction methodology. Entry and exit bore holes (pits) and equipment staging areas will be located on existing surface streets, commercial building parking lots, and within a previously-graded development site.
