Document Description
Resurfacing of roadway with rubberized hot asphalt mix to help preserve the roadway conditions and as a form of preventative maintenance in Mendocino County on Route 128 from Con Creek to Robinson Creek Bridge. Work will consist of placing a RAC Overlay, and Traffic Striping. No ground disturbance or environmental impacts are expected. All activities will occur within existing Caltrans Right of Way. No permits will be required. Seasonal Construction window will be implemented to protect water quality. Federal and State funds will be involved. A complete project description, plan layout, and cultural clearance letter are attached to the CE checklist.
