Document Description
The project will consist of traffic and pedestrian improvements including asphalt pavement overlay, base repairs, and lane restriping on all roadway segments, and construction of ADA-compliant sidewalk, curbs, gutter, and ramps on Zinfandel Drive between Folsom Boulevard and Beclan Drive. All work will be within existing City right-of-way except for some small areas of land on several private residential properties along Zinfandel Drive between Folsom Boulevard and Beclan Drive that will require construction agreements with property owners to conform their driveways to the new sidewalk.
