Document Description
The Rho-Chem facility (the Facility) is an authorized RCRA Hazardous Wast Facility that currently provides treatment, storage, and transfer for a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from a variety of industries. The Facility renewed its RCRA Hazardous Waste Facility Permit which became effective on August 28, 2008 and will expire on August 27, 2018. Rho-Chem recycles spent solvents which are brought into the Facility for storage, redistrilled, and resold. Residues from the distillation process are sent off-site for appropriate disposal.
