Document Description
The Project consists of the replacement of five deteriorated culverts. The existing corrugate metal pipes (CMPs) or concrete pipes will be replaced with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes. The deteriorated CMPs or concrete pipes will be excavated and disposed of at an appropriate facility. The trench dimensions will be approximately 2.5 to 4 feet wide by 4 feet deep and range from 20 to 85 feet in length. The trenches will be backfilled, compacted and resurfaced. Construction will primarily take place within the existing road prism. All heavy equipment will be operated from the road. SAA # 1600-2011-0368-R3.
