Document Description
Tustin Unified School District proposes to construct a new activity center and perform various improvements to better accommodate the existing middle school students, and would not be used for joint-use or district wide facility beyond what is required by the Civic Center Act (Education Code Section 38130-38139) and District policy. The proposed project would cover approximately 1.6 acre of the 20.6-acre campus; however, the area of soil disturbance would be limited to approximately 0.5 acre for the activity center and fire lane.
