Document Description
Remove the failing composition roof, make repairs to the frame, and install the new 40 year composition roof to protect the structure. Work will remove the old roof, install a sister leg to each rafter tail to preserve existing fabric, remove or treat all areas of dry rot and make the necessary repairs with in kind materials, and install the new roof. Replace metal flashings and vent piping and paint to match the roof. The existing gutters and drain pipe will be re-attached and if any are damaged they will be replaced with in kind materials.
