This project covers Department reimbursement of the Local Agency's costs of planning, engineering, and construction of levee improvement and rehabilitation activities, which will consists of 30,100 linear feet of PL 84-99 slope construction from stationing 60+00 to 150+00, 170+00 to 190+00, and 210+00 to 401+00, 2,500 linear feet of toe berm construction along the Werner Cut levee at various locations within levee stationing 0+00 to 60+00, and from levee stationing 200+00 to 225+00, 2,000 linear feet of levee modification for Shaded Riverine Aquatic habitat improvement from levee stationing 300+00 to 320+00, and construction of a storage pad for an emergency stockpile of flood fight materials from levee stationing 395+00 to 398+00.
