Document Description
Replace the failing roof at the historic Weller House in Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic resource. Work will remove the existing roof, inspect the skip-sheathing boards and rafters for damage and/or dry rot and replace the current non-historic roof with a more historically accurate cedar wood shingle roof attached with 6 penny galvanized nails. The roof will have a 5-1/2" reveal with a double starter course and replace any damaged materials with a kind materials.
