This will result in treatment of 13 acres of vegetation, 10.5 acres of private lands and 2.5 acres (evaluated under a separate NEPA document) of public lands. Approximately 75-80 % of the mature vegetation existing within the project area will be removed at ground level, chipped on site and chips placed back over treated areas.
