Under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, the Natural Resource Trustees prepared the DARP/EA to assess injuries and evaluate restoration alternatives for natural resources injured by the Cosco Busan Oil Spill. The Supplement to the DARP/EA describes multiple restoration project alternatives for Surf Scoters to restore those resources directly impacted by the release of oil and/or response actions.
