1) Shoreline repair and reconstruction, habitat enhancement, ADA trail and general accessibility improvements; 2) beach and dune enhancement, recreation and ADA access improvements, restroom, parking and trail; 3) Construct 4,200 feet of new San Francisco Bay Trail on the shoreline between Albany Beach and Gilman Street and 4) beneficial resue of excavated material to repair voids and maintain landfill on the Albany Plateau.
