Preliminary Design Review
For development of a .9 acre site with a gas station, convenience store, and associated site improvements. New development consists of a 4,000 s.f. single-story market, 1,200 s.f. fuel canopy, fuel tanks, parking lot, new trash enclosure, air and water station, and other associated site improvements. The project also involves riparian enhancement of Matanzas Creek and minor frontage improvements along Farmers Lane (SR-12) and Vallejo Street. The project site is located at 1300 Farmers Lane, File No. DR11-052.
To allow operation of a new gasoline station and to allow extended hours retail (5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., as part of daily store hours from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.) and sale of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) for off-site consumption.
