AT&T is proposing to replace an existing monopole / telecommunications facility with a new 65-foot monopine (faux tree pole) at a Town water tank site located at 2999 Summit Drive, Hillsborough, (APN: 027-234-050), within the same property lines. The modifications and upgrade of the facility will provide an increase of AT&T cellular services to a larger portion of the Town of Hillsborough. The improvements will occur at the center of the water tank site, and currently inactive.
