Document Description
The County of Del Norte is applying for a Coastal Grading Permit to construct a bicycle and pedestrian trail in the old Hobbs Wall Railroad right-of-way. The proposed project will include construction of an eight foot wide trail from east end of Second Street to Howland Hill Road. The proposed project will provide the community with approximately one mile of Class 1 Bikeway. Biological impacts related to the trail's construction will be addressed through conditions of approval.
