Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0089-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Liberty Utilities.
Construction of the project will require impacts to CDFW jurisdictional features at 8 sub-project locations. Impacts will include trimming, compaction, and clearing of riparian vegetation for access roads and pole installation work areas, as well as installation of 3 dry rock fords and one splitter crossing for vehicle access.
