Document Description
The proposed project consists of a minor land division. The existing lot size for the property is 24,422; the proposed lot sizes are 13,081 s.f. (Parcel 1) and 11,352 s.f. (Parcel 2). An existing single-family residence will be retained on Parcel 1. Proposed Parcel 2 is located to the rear of the existing house, and currently includes a swimming pool, pool house and barn structure, all of which likely would be removed to accommodate construction of a new single-family home in the future. No plans for a second home have been developed or submitted to the Town at this time.
