Document Description
The Meridian Ranch Mitigation Bank (BANK) is proposed as off-site mitigation for impacts to wetland habitats and associated grassland species in the Northern Sacramento Valley Region. Approximately +378 acres of the property are proposed for establishing a vernal pool/grassland preserve and mitigation bank. Applicant proposes to grade ~75,000 cubic yards of soil over a 150-acre area, including ~31 acres of excavation and roughly 40 acres of soil deposition in upland areas.
