Note: Recirculated. The proposed Bordigioni Family Winery involves the development of a phased new winemaking facility on a 33 acre parcel (APN 030-110-059) located at 6687 Hwy 12 in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, CA. The facility will be an owner-operated winery dedicated primarily to the production of ultra-premium wines of the Bordeaux varietals. The winery will be located on the historic property along Hwy 12 (33.58 acres), which currently has vibrant flower farm, existing vineyards and limited wedding/corporate events, 10 per year with maximum of 225 people (under separate approved Use Permit UPE97-0017). These permitted events will continue during Phase I of the winery project.
