Proposes redevelopment of two parcels in the City of Santa Clara that are currently occupied by a mix of housing, retail, office land uses and two University parking lots. The redevelopment would include demolition of the existing buildings and hardscape and construction of a 45,120 sf Art/Art History Building and a four level parking garage. Approval of the proposed project will require actions by the City of Santa Clara including the preparation and certification of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to support the entitlements.
