The proposal is to construct a 216-unit apartment complex on approximately 12 acres of land, located on Nut Tree Road, behind the main Nut Tree Retail Phase 1 shopping center. Specifically, the project includes the construction of: 9 three-story residential buildings (with patios and balconies) and on clubhouse building (single-story); 449 parking spaces, consisting of open and garage parking spaces and including 5 RV stalls; Two access points to the main retail area (pedestrian and emergency vehicles); Four driveway entrances on Nut Tree Road; A Clubhouse with a pool and bocce court; and Two Open space Recreation areas.
