The California Department of Public Health (Department) Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. The Lewiston Community Services District (LCSD) proposes to relocate its infiltration gallery (formerly owned and operated by the Lewiston Valley Water Company) to a location approximately 2,800 feet downstream of the existing intake in Lewiston Valley Water Company) to a location approximately 2,800 feet downstream of the existing intake in Lewiston, California.
