The interim improvements include widening of Vaca Valley Parkway west of the overcrossing to the intersection of Crocker Drive to provide a protected left turn lane for westbound traffic and a right turn lane for eastbound traffic onto the southbound I-505 on-ramp; widening of the southbound off-ramp to provide an acceleration lane for merging southbound traffic onto the I-505 from Vaca Valley Parkway; and signalization of the southbound ramp intersection with Vaca Valley Parkway.
